I drive hotshot loads to mines. This takes me through Craig fairly regularly. This is one of my favorite places to eat on that route. About a week ago I was on my way back and I was about 8 minutes out of Craig. It was 9:30 at night. I called hands free from the road to make sure of when they close. I was told they close at 9:30 by the woman who answered but she got another person on the line. He said come on in I will feed you. He took my order over the phone and when I got there it was just coming out of the kitchen for me. The Carne Asada was wonderful and just what I needed. I was told to take my time. I left a much larger tip than usual to thank them for the great service. If I didn't want to eat fast food, again, my next stop that would be open was Denny's in Vernal Utah. Service was a little slow food was great
